Well. I am really hoping you are 100% right since I'm a current investor. I've seen NEWL trade for a while now. If this isn't a scam then they must have the worst management in the history of the world. There either crooks or too dumb for there own good.

NEWL opened Grey that automatically deserves a deduction in PPS as you are now in the stock scrap yard.

a Co that reverse splits by a factor of millions, and engages ultra toxic financing is legit????

even if so, it makes for a terrible investment, any way you split it!!!!

PS: and if management was just super "naive", they are also not the type of Co to count on for good decisions....."Toxic Financing, it's all Greek to me!!!"
