Let's start from the beginning shall we?

The only thing left of the CT's is a claim in class 10b. Class 10b can't get payment or any type of a distribution until classes 1-9 are satisfied in full. June 30 2015 LBHI had a negative 195 billion $ stockholders equity! Even if some far flung story gets through so CT's get a distribution it will be forfeited to above mention classes until satisfied in full.. They will never be satisfied!

Oh and don't forget the 34 billion $ remaining asset is in full liquidation
That we expect will be completely liquidated in 5 years!

From class 3 pre BK to class 10b fact was we were put in class 3 and those ole pesky creditors dumped us into class 10b to segregate equity from higher creditors once POR was approved!

That is when equity lost!

No matter what you say or what you do in court class 10b is limited and will forfeit all payments to higher classes!

Once again as the year end draws to a close.. Peeps wanting to sell for a big profits we just mysteriously cook up some far fetched story.. Dodd Frank lmao some dude writes a letter and Shazam fair value plus double divies... I mean 195 billion in negative equity you think you are going to get even a hand shake ???????
