It's pretty clear what they are doing. Screwing up the longs left here. They did a R/S and changed their symbol. Expect another PR announcing acquisition of a crap shell full of promises complete with dilution because is the only way they will be able to acquire the crap shell. I understand the longs here are trying to find a logical explanation but there isn't. They are done and they are doing the same that the previous CEO did.
