What happens to the share price if the dilution continues for the next year?

May I proffer a different perspective?

First every small stock that goes south does so with some investors & they are everywhere proclaiming bitterly: DILUTION, with the ever present caveat to run. Often they beseech us the market makers are in it as well or this or that.

I was always taught that dilution can only occur if NEW STOCK is placed on the market & that if NEW STOCK SHARES were offered they HAD TO inform the public. Does anyone out here see a recent report stating that?

The stock is going down because the company is not doing great & they have not ameliorated that with enough good press releases.

The fact that the stock now is fighting its ever loving heart out in the face of the negativity is a GOOD sign even if it eventually losses its grip which is not certain.

There will be more news & they will probably be able to cobble together enough of it even if it is marginal to give the stock a boost. Regardless it is a decent bet that even if that is not the case in the short run they will be able to do so by years end.

I personally believe it will happen a a week or two.

Once again conspiracy dilution & market makers from down below aside it is a good little bet.
