Looking at buying some here below 003 -I think this is close to the bottom since the revenues, assets and cash at hand are all higher than the market cap IMO. I was worried that the stock would get suspended and I have lifted my concern a little. I am also optimistic that the company can turn itself around from the negative impact. All in my opinion.
