Honestly. People need to stop blaming iron ridge for this pos. The pps is where it is because NEWL is nothing but a scam. Take your profits when you can. Otherwise you will get caught with your pants down. NEWL will continue going down. Triple zero to no bid is where this belongs. Be careful with this co. You've been warned constantly.

They exercised self help when they were not suppose to and they caused NEWL to be deleted / delisted.

Wrong... The court allowed Ironridge to self help. Stop spinning things!

In ruling in favor of Ironridge, the Federal Court explained: "As noted, Ironridge agreed to accept cash instead of shares. But NewLead has refused to pay the cash." Due to NewLead's wrongful failure to pay its debts when due, the court allowed Ironridge to, "resort to self-help and instruct the transfer agent to deliver shares if NewLead does not pay."
