it will trade in the grey sheets after the 10 day SEC suspension with no market makers showing in Level II and down 70-90% from the price right before the suspension.

Seems like a very poorly run show

if so, maybe it should be : "Play Hard and dream about all my .001 shares"

The guy or gal that is in charge of filings, he/she is playing hard I guess and not paying attention to what should be getting done !!!
