Interesting, I think it dilution, because if VFIN was driving the pps down for his clients, that would be a good thing since that would mean the pps would go up once they have accumulated enough shares, but instead the pps just keep dropping every day, never going up, so that would be dilution and only dilution. We've been screwed people, no share buy back, just mega dilution every day.
