Market maker manipulation...no restricted shares are being dumped so how does 100s of thousands of shares get dumped when news is released although the company has a solid foundation? Mm manipulation and one tick flippers are the problem...thats why we need numbers of accounts and revenues to climb in pps. Go ADCS.
