L2 haven't changed forever so what did this someone who got tired do ? What you really mean is someone has been waiting with bids in at $11.05 and got tired of waiting for the price to go lower and slapped the ask which has been the same. The motivating force that made those 50 shares move was the person who slapped the ask and bought 50 shares and I'm now done with wagging todays dog.
