...forgot to mention striving...you cited Switzerland as part of the EU, but in fact they do not belong to the EU/EEA...that is why they don't follow what the EU does...it doesn't make any difference because most Swiss banks have branches in the U.S. and have to follow sanctions or risk loose their charters in the U.S....not Russian?
