Sorry Striving that's just a big Russian wish that the sanctions will loosen...the noose will get another notch or two tighter in the very near future...Obama doesn't need Putin, but Putin needs the west and financial clearinghouses so he (Putin) can steal more money from mother Russia. So, Putin keeps lobbing missiles and shells into Ukraine and supporting the rebels the sanctions are going to get a lot uglier...very, very soon! GLTA
