What would be the SEC's job, in relation to Ironridge?

SEC obviously can't be bothered to do their job.

Would seem that if you look at the edgar filigs site NEWLEAD, posted a new 6-K filing giving a breakdown of the njmber of shares ironridge has been requesting to date, they say the O/S as of 8/1 is 10.7 million, and that irondridge has recieved there 6.1 million shares as of 8/1 as well, so i dont know if that means the total o/s is 10.7 million or that its 10.7 + 6.1.... Leave it to newlead to confuse me once again.

My hope though is that this is either a filing for proof to use in court or a filing for a market maker to take them off the grey sheets. Time will tell i guess..
