It's called financing. That's just about the only thing O/S will tell you.

Clearly, with the acquisitions of companies, financing was needed.

The float has remained unchanged. And 4 billion in the float? HA! That's funny. Not even close. Much lower.

WSow Latf has 4,496,869,714 billion shares. Looks like dilution to me. and not long ago it had just under a billion
