very nice read .. thx for taking the time and effort ..

just want to add re: abusive shorts and how stock is *handled*

i wouldn't expect too much by way the system in place
until we see BoD seated

while it defies retails' logic

basic caveat that holds true >> 99% .. ;)

PROs never cover one second b4 they have to (forced)

like a few others .. my expectation is that BoD is seated after
the first asset sale

There is no naked short issue with this stock, so it's probably not a good idea to try to perpetuate a rumor about it.

And one of the most unfortunate, sinister things this supposed company has done is to enlist kids to send them markers to "recycle" through their schools. A transparent scam to try to get a temporary small bump in shareprice to dump financing shares. If Crayola still has a thing to do with this piece of trash, please post evidence of that.

Seeing as since, all "rumors" of JBII's success have been proven wrong so far, the burden is on you to provide specific data that is up to date, not just thoughts and opinions, and well hyperbole.

There exists public information the company has priced the processors in the $8 to $9 million dollar vicinity and is negotiating with several potential buyers.

I find it hard to believe JBI could sell a processor for more than the market capitalization of the company itself.

Only permitted one post per day. But I will try to update as events unfold. Go to my previous summary post I am responding to for details.

There are only a few changes as of this week. The changes in the cusip#, symbol and company name are now effective and the air permit has been approved for 10 years by the NYDEC.

One would expect the next major announcement will be the naming of the national engineering company that will install and operate the processors. But that may not occur until a sale is consummated. Good appreciation of the stock price will likely result.

Other news that may occur could be the announcement of the other members of the Board of Directors. But that may not occur until the first processor sale as well. Gains in share price could occur at that time too.

It seems likely to me Rich Heddle may also step down as the Chief Executive Officer after the new board is in place and may be replaced by a gentleman with greater experience with a public company.
