it wont be left alone until they come clean/provide transparency for their past. personally, i wont let it alone. i invested in MLOG and the potential in their IP. past mgmt appears to have been successful in defending the IP in court and failed to disclose this to shareholders. that would be illegal. i am not going to let it go so the new company can prosper.
if i am correct, their past actions of failing to report material information, not reporting/filing increases in share positions as insiders, and doing this while in a dark period are all material breaches of SEC rules and regulations and undermine the very trust required in our financial markets.
why should "NEW" investors in NUTT ignore these actions and assume they wont happen again...?
