I thought the council needs to decide whether to label Medical MJ production as either industrial or agricultural. If they end up labeling it industrial then we have a problem b/c no industrial business in a residential area? But if they label it agricultural, the we are fine?

The City can pass a law banning the commercial growth of marijuana and there is nothing FITX can do about. Go to health Canada and read the rules.
