I think because the Telatinos PRs contained numerous mentions of "Netco" - so in Paul's mind, this would appear like a natural progression. And it worked out that there already was a "Netco" that was fully reporting.

I know how this guy thinks, he's not brilliant be he is pretty good at clever deceptive tactics.
