That was the original story. It's changed over time, though it was never in any way credible. When Sid first made his announcement about the "bonds" he'd bought more than two years earlier, he said that he was supposed to redeem them. Then he'd give the principal to the "trustee" (Richard Torres Utria) and would be allowed to keep the interest.

Now he seems to be saying the bonds are all his. Or PFNO's. Or something.

PFNO only recently added in the fins the exact number of bonds it owned. That was key.

And now we have Lionsgate.
