Well, the math on the expected fantastic results window was wrong. USPR stated in their pr on 6/20 that the surveying was completed on 6/14. In a previous pr, USPR stated the results would be 45 to 60 days from the completion of surveying.

Well, 45 days from 6/14 was July 29th. 7/29!!!

That means all sales, since Tuesday were INSIDE the expected fantastic results window. That's almost 700k shares sold INSIDE the expected fantastic results window that's only 4 days old.

60 days would be 8/13.

I know there is an over/under on what the results are, but how about when the results are announced by USPR? Monday is 9 days from the end of the expected fantastic results window.

I think ignoring the selling going on INSIDE the expected fantastic results window for USPR is not the best investment idea.
