Regarding the 600-Million-Shares, I've done a simple calculation...

Okay.
Money Runners (MR) during the 10 days of furious, frantic, frenzied
Buying-Selling (Trading) had, during that time-span, approximately
30 Traders participating
in the TEMN/Top-Shelf "run" or "raid"
(to the best of my observation, evaluation, knowledge, and skills
from my being in this "Business" since the mid-1980's.)

NOW...consider the Actions of just ONE TYPICAL MR Trader during those 10 days:

-- Day One -- BUY 9-Million Shares
-- Day Two -- SELL 7-Million Shares (for a nice % gain!)
-- Day Three -- Skip day three
-- Day Four -- On a dip, BUY 8-Million Shares
-- Day Five -- On a small Spike, SELL 8-Million Shares
-- NOTE that, at-the-end of Day Five, this MR Trader still Holds a Net-2-Million Shares
-- Day Six -- Skip day six
-- Day Seven -- BUY 4-Million Shares
-- Day Eight -- BUY 6-Million Shares on another Spike
-- Day Nine -- Skip day nine
-- Day Ten -- SELL 12-Million Shares, leaving ZERO TEMN Shares in this MR Trader's Account

NOW...TOTAL VOLUME Buys and Sells = 54-Million TEMN Shares.

NEXT...An average/mean 54-Million-Share Volume X 30 MR Traders =
Volume of 1.6 Billion Shares over a 10-day period!

The argument-above is presented in SUPPORT of the notion that
THE ENTIRE 1.5-Billion-Share Volume during that 10-day MR period
actually WAS and IS attributable to the MR TEMN "run" or "raid."
And THIS does NOT include the ADDITIONAL Volume from "us" regular
TEMN Investor-Shareholders!

So, WHAT GIVES?

I hereby propose that the Company/Zo BOUGHT-BACK appx. 500,000,000 Shares
on the Open Market at an average Share-Price of $0.004 = a $2,000,000.00
expenditure.
We know the Company has a Line-Of-Credit (LOC) for
$5 Million, so that transaction could EASILY have occurred.

THEREFORE, I believe that, at the beseechment-begging-behest of Sonfield Attnys.
and FINRA, the Company/Zo ADDED-BACK the "Cancelled" one-billion-Shares,
pending the outcome/Ruling of the August 14 Hearing, THEN subsequently
Bought-BACK the appx. 500,000,000 Shares. Yes indeed!

The calculation THEN would-be 1.07-Billion PLUS 9-Million = 1.08-Billion
PLUS the disputed 1.0-Billion = 2.08-Billion Shares O/S. THEN,
assuming a Favorable outcome/Ruling on August 14, we'd find a
total O/S of 1.08-Billion-Shares.

After the August 14 Hearing (Thursday), we will all receive an
Announcement ON THE 15th (Friday) to the effect that the One-Billion-
Shares in dispute have been Cancelled/Nullified, thereby leaving
an O/S 1.08-Billion-Shares MINUS the BUY-BACK of appx. 500,000,000
Shares. leaving approximately 600,000,000 Shares O/S. Yes indeed again!

There you have it, Friends. Okay, hit me with your best shots. ;-)
