A/S increased by 150% from 400 million to 1 Billion!

I also noticed that DNAX hasn't amended their Florida filings to increase the A/S to 1 Billion.

Pretty significant dilution and completely unexplained to shareholders.

Hey "TC" I just read that link & I think what its saying is that they have AMENDED their BY LAWS to ALLOW them to raise the AUTHORIZED from 400M to 1 Billion - I do NOT think they have raised the Authorized yet, I believe that would require a FULL Board Meeting, a resolution put forth & entertained, & a unanimous vote to pass than the company would be bound to advise OTC Markets as I'm pretty sure for a fully reporting Pink that would be considered a material change & they would have2 file I believe an 8K ..... just my thoughts - zeke
