I disagree, piper are not there for "happy talk" as you call it. Piper are there on their terms. A company that generates 2.5 billion a year does not get involved unless there is big $$$$ potential. They will have thoroughly researched the market for potential infringements and the strength of the existing patents. Evolucia is in a mess and they still took them on. Huge revenue potential.
But the odds are that DL Piper has a RS in their contract to eliminate everyone with less than 500K shares. Scumbags are scumbags no matter what company they are with.
There is so much baggage attached to the IP they may just forget about trying to salvage anything - remember insiders are the noteholders and their sleazies will fight anyone else's sleazies to make bank for themselves.
