there is only about 800 million....maybe less shares until this stock is maxed out on authorized....it probably takes 125 million shares to do any deal of 1/2 million dollars......even if issued as some kind of preferred shares they will be converted at some point.Anyway its all my opinion and I think that any restricted shares are probably being used by major insiders ....lenders may be able to short as a way to get paid in lieu of cash payment and interests that they do not receive timely. One needs to know the details of loans and Preferred shares and all that stuff..Hey this is just my opinion and i am in no way saying that any of that is going on here. I am saying it could be.
