hopefully, Signify would prevent such an action as it would be a terrible reflection on Signify's new company. I would say Wayne has been "controlled " inorder to get the deal done. And I can see a NR stating he has moved on - maybe to BAYP - he may have sold the assets relatively cheap to them knowing that that is where he is going next. Looks like a R/S over there- I wonder if Wayne has found a new way to make $$$ - cleaning shells by R/S to then finding a buyer for it - there's a demand for them these days . Just thinking out loud ....

I know you are in this pretty deep like many of us here. You invested in a CEO you don't trust at all? Do you have any specific past information you can share here to justify what you just posted? I've only been around UNGS for a few months.
I think he'd fed up with this business and since he will/did sell the assets he might just have enough money to become filthy rich instead of getting greedy and RS and taking more. I also think yeah he's only got so much leverage with signifi taking ova
