although it has been a while since i watched it. i was around back when the first shareholder video happened and i'm 90% sure there was no mention of a reverse split at all (especially not giving an exact month by which to decide)....this is not benny's style and I think I'd have remembered something so vital...if/when i have time I'll disprove the statement factually.
