Success, go on his blog and click on the PlaceMent name. It takes you to an explanation of what he is proposing and wants. Not sure if it is some new company that he is trying to promote /owns but it sure looks like a new deal that is like NEOM.Maybe just wishful thinking on his part or something. whole thing is puzzling to say the least and maybe is just his own way of snubbing his nose at NEOM for some reason.
