the only time the word "december" was used from 35:00 to 39:00 was in reference to the first shareholder video in december 2013. and at no point in that 4 minute span of time did he mention a r/s at all...

1. he said there will not be a reverse split. period.

2. he never said anything about a r/s and december....that was completely made up by bball....???

The original insinuation I was attempting clarification on was:

....He mentioned he doesn't think he'll do an an R/S but will decide definitively in December.

My question:

Did you actually watch the video? Please share at which time spot in the video that he stated that he was considering an R/S and that he would decide in December? TIA.

You confirmed he covers this between 35:00-39:00.

Can they do an R/S way down the line - sure, any ticker can. Sometimes it's actually not a bad thing if there's an up-listing involved, momentum involved, etc.. Most do it at low pps to scam investors. That's not the case here - but boy do some want it to be...The fact of the matter is, he certainly didn't bulk that comment in with his "personal" $1.00 projection (when referencing selling his personal shares) - and certainly did not say that he "definitely" would decide the fate of an R/S in December. . Nor is an R/S being considered at this time, including December.

It seems futile to do all this work - which is why I've backed off posting (like many others have over time). I'm willing to maintain contact and support a few good people on this board as we've come a long way. However, others stopping in to spread inaccurate information (or start off posting decent viewpoints to gain trust - then blatantly skew them along the way) is damaging and in the end non-productive.
