Paid filed their 10-Q for 2Q today. It's due by 8/15.

More importantly, their response to what eBay filed on May 12 is due by this Tuesday, August 12. From there, the US PTO has until November 12 to grant or deny the request for a patent re-examination. Typically, the US PTO grants the request. It takes anywhere from 3-12 months to complete a formal review. Most of us know the first patent issued took six years for approval and the last four have been all issued in the last 30 months. I'm in the camp that says the patents will be upheld. Thanks.
