Same to you logic. I certainly was not expecting any real uptrend until late summer or early fall, so I will take the current moves for what they are worth. That being said, now that we have reached a technical turning point in the stock's trajectory, I think there is a good chance to see a strong push starting next week.
But being that I am a long holder here, I am just waiting until the license procurement is complete. That is when the real go time happens.
