Ask david, ??? he is a serious grower and might no the answer, but my understanding is that those 19,000 lbs are based on an annual production number. Weed takes 90 days to grow, but it is grown in overlapping cycles, so crops can be harvested every month without interruption to revenue. The "slow part" is only in the beginning
