Sadler probably doesn't. They've been engaged by NTEK and the process is suspended in some way.
NTEK is using them as a smokescreen for their lies.
One might imagine that Sadler would be annoyed by that, but I have to assume that a sufficiently large retainer and the promise that they'll never have to actually lie themselves would suffice for them to hold up their end of the facade.
