The only relevant audit is to have the 10-K as an audited year-end report. For NTEK, their fiscal year ends on June 30th. So the 10-K (which NTEK doesn't file anyway, because they don't file SEC reports as a Fatal Form 15 filer and non-reporting Stinky Pinky company) is "due" 90 days from June 30th. So you must be claiming that you expect that the 10-K type annual report document "filed" on OTCMarkets.com on or before 30 September 2014 will be audited.

That is not going to happen. So if by say October 15th (1) there is no sign of AUDITED 10-K for the fiscal year that ended this last June 30th, and/or (2) if they post the 10-K and it is unaudited - you will never post on iHub again?
