Well you were on the right track for a bit but you just regressed. The trademark was filed but they aren't pursuing it anymore as you can clearly see here:

The last document was from May 20th and they could have easily followed up on it while they were trademarking Rico Suave, but they didn't.

So CBD Centers is dead but there are other great things in the future for sure. IMO
