imo, honesty and straightforwardness is not his forte. He obviously does not think things through carefully enough.

I don't exactly want to hear "what your gonna do",... i want to hear what's been done.

example: don't tell us "your gonna" file a form 10, tell us "the form 10 was filed on this date and where" ...however there are some that do not and cannot operate that way, it's a physcological thing.
