The CEO is not "desperate" at all, he's passionate about getting this product out there for consumers, which will happen in Sept per the filings, to reduce risk of harm and even death, of the young folks out there being cyber bullied for one, and the anti sexting part of the patent which is secondary IMO, but something parents can monitor.
The patents cover more than the above, with other upgrades most likely to happen down the road, also IMO.
