The SEC and the FBI are starting to catch up to penny stock scams. Even the US Marshals are getting in on it.

...and look at this guy's facial expression below, some of us may know him via HotStockAce penny stock emails. One of these guys has a board on Ihub, I don't remember if it's this one or not. I saw several related posts the last few days...can't find 'em all now.
