Short quote from TC's notice of termination: "believes the full term of the lease is unnecessary to successfully complete testing"
Pumpers will say this means that the testing already done was a major success. But really, what's going on there? IMO, TC would want do more than just turn it on, make sure it works, and call it done. There's a reason companies do extensive testing before they commit to something. It almost looks like the testing failed and they see that there's no point in dragging it along.
