ECOB MOVING UP BREAKOUT BOARD #6

The first thing many investors do is check the Breakout Boards to see which stocks are showing movement and interest.

This stock was trading at over $1.00 per share in 2009, before the downturn! Everybody suffered, because the banks weren't loaning money to businesses to keep their doors open! Everything stopped, remember? I am amazed he pulled it through to get this back on track, still not there, but moving in the right direction.
