That clause is VERY KEY IMO

MDMN , I won't dilute if Mr. Letts or Auryn buys in to MDMN ( X number of shares , which would in essence tie up most of the float ) .

This would , in theory, have SP appreciation and allow Auryn to take an aggressive position in MDMN, should they eventually want to buy them out....also ties up MDMN's hands, should they want to consider a buyout from someone else.

IMHO, SP won't be below .10 for much longer.
