Without any progress being made in their business it really doesn't matter. Value is value. A dividend of shares does nothing for value. It just dilutes it.

The sp will be worth half what it is now as the market makes the adjustment just as it would if they did a 2:1 F/S.

We're already ssing that the market is unimpressed with the 20% divy.

What an amazing opportunity here!! Seriously why do people sell when an AMAZING thing is about to happen.... We all get FREE MONEY!!!!
I'm in Monday!! Is there a better entry point than the current PPS cause it seems like it may dip a wee bit more IMO maybe 2-3 ticks I'd say.. I agree with you this is a penny runner without a doubt!!

Correct the "STOCK DIVIDEND" is huge. And, the acquisition is huge. Now TRINA, has to strike while the iron is hot. News Monday morning on the acquisition will put EVSV over the .003, then coupled with a 50% stock dividend will get EVSV to a penny. But Trina cannot wait one/two/three weeks to put news out, Monday or Tuesday, the latest. But what is the problem with I-HUB, failed to post the last two news PR.'s? Hope Trina reads this post?

Short will cover all before August 22, and in the future no short will be happened. Issuing stock dividend is a good meth to protect PPS up stabling.
