Our friend Krony and others have speculated on this point for some time. Nobody lays out that kind of cash in stinky pinky land without some very good indications (wink,wink) that they are going to be rewarded for their generosity.

Just thinking.....the 2 investors who bought $50,000 worth of shares each valued at .0004 were restricted from selling them until later this month.....now why would they agree to this?

IMO, two reasons:
1. If they bought on the open market, they would have driven the price up with that kind of buying pressure and would have paid significantly more than .0004 for their total purchase.
2.The bigger reason-they were probably privy to insider knowledge when Berge presented this deal to them, which restricts them from selling for 6 months.
