CWIR: YES IT DOES...THERE ARE 10 MILLION PREFERRED THAT 'CONVERT' TO 3 BILLION 'COMMON'...that is by memory and without looking it up. But, it reads something like that. Everyone should read that document completely and don't believe what you 'hear'.
