Yea...kind of starting to beat a dead horse here. It will either be a summary judgment or settlement. These legal issues have a tendency to change direction on a dime. Could blow up and get really bad. You never know. You are right about the legal process. IMO, I think we will see a very tiny pop in share price from news on a settlement. Nothing to write home about. The real bang will come from clinical trial results, OX1 Orphan Drug Status, and General Maza's :)...lol next moves. News about a partnership with billion dollar pharma and Tau will certainly move this stock north....boom! I assume we will know about OX1 in Nov and whether ILNS will receive millions of dollars due to advancing to Phase 2. That is just 3 months away. Not very long. Maza succeeded in getting the ILNS house in order. All eyes are on him regarding next moves.
