The thing is there are differences of opinion on this board.

I have been involved in the criminal law process for over 25 years. To me it's pretty clear what is being said on reading the transcripts.

I have no knowledge of Patent law, but ILNS was issued a patent, and you have to ask, why has Pfizer not already gone this route of trying to get it overturned.

Certain things have not taken place to date, which the Judge ordered Pfizer to do. You have to ask why.
