NXHD(.0092):2013 revenue $4.5 Million, 1st Q $1,000,000.

The way overdue financial filings were both filed within the last week on OTCMarkets. Both filings also showed POSITIVE NET EARNINGS.

There's been no NXHD increase in OS for over a year and a half. AND, the OS was actually reduced 30 million in 2012 when 30 million shares were canceled and returned to treasury.
