Take a look at the volume first of all. You realize that 1 million shares is approximately $60,000.00. The Volume hasn't been over 2 million shares in a long time. If they are going to dilute, we would definitely see it in the volume. Also, why would we not use the 1.3 million dollar loan first if we are going to pay a 30% premium anyway? These are all things to think about!
