Exactly.This will end sooner then some seem to think.It most likely be awile longer but Intellect will prevail.

All I'm going on is what judge Oing stated.Go line to line and understand what the man is saying thinking.

I don't care what tactics Pfizer uses cause its clear this is a simple license agreement and contract.Oing has a good handle on it.

This judge has read so many contracts he most likly has nightmares about them.

That attorney had a paper cap pistol going pop pop pop pop pop pop pop all over the place and nothing will change the fact that Pfizer breached the contract and the attorneys lied in the filings and in open court testimony.

THE COURT: Not according to the way this contract, at least the arguments I heard.( Maybe I misunderstood the contract,)

This is Oing saying maybe I misunderstood.This is not the defense/plantiff saying something or what the judge is trying to understand what they are saying.

Now does one really think Oing misunderstood the contract? I for one beleive Oing knows what contract law is and what the wording means of said contract.Not just this contract but any once he has read them.

The next question talking about emotions.Ask them people that just got wiped out of 16,750,000.00 what they feel about whats occured regarding Intellect's claim of the breach of contract by Pfizer and the lies told by the defense attorneys.
