I don't think the company is a scam, they don't want to take any risks, which is a negative in my book.

IMO there is no chance of that ever happening with a pass through shell.


To do that would be to risk game over on fat salaries, dilutive capital raises, gift shares and what is it...$2M a quarter in development fees paid to a related party?

JMHO.

BTW the same stock promoter many here follow. The same one who prey's on unsuspecting retail investors and retirees just had another one get obliterated. Another one with really great animal studies, going to save mankind ...POOF.
