well first, the otc sucks in the summer, volume goes way down trading gets stagnant. couple this with low media coverage and gov legislation on pot, you get low prices through summer.

then you get voting in oct and they start to heat up a little

then the legislations get passed in the new year, in jan, right after christmas so people are still riding high and spending their new christmas money and bonuses on penny stocks.
